Life Story: My family situation was quite good until my father left us. My mother doesn’t have a job and so we were forced to go and live with our grandmother. She is now taking care of my mother, my little brother and me. Thanks to her I don’t have to go to work and I get the chance to study. I’ve been going to SISP for a year now and I really like. The teachers are now preparing me for my 10th standard exam and I really hope I will pass so I can continue my studies.

​Surf Experience & Motivation: ​​When I joined SISP I heard about the Surfclub and I saw the pictures in the school. Surfing looked like something really fun to do and I was really interested to give it a try myself. After a couple of weeks practicing on a body board I’ve now also learned to stand up on a surfboard and I really like it. The feeling I get when I ride a wave I can’t compare with anything else, so I want to keep on practicing and become just as good like the other boys.
